I dined at Emeril's in 1997 with my fiance. Even though it has been almost three years since that experience, when I came across this opportunity to review it, I could do no less than give my heartiest endorsement. The service and atmosphere at Emeril's is simply the best I'd ever experienced, and I have dined in four and five star restaurants all across Europe, the Middle East and British East Africa. When I make my next trip to Las Vegas, I will without a doubt seek out Emeril's again!
